Vessel division is adept in developing complete
fabrication drawing for skid modules from basic
P&l diagram. The vessel are gereally designed in
accordance with design standard like PD 5500, AD
– Merk blatter and library Of all international
relevant standard and client specifications.
Production
The
pressure vessel division is equipped with fully
automated CMC, cutting, rolling, dishing and
machining facilities an additional to the in-
house heat treatment furnace for annealing,

Our
welding operations are automated on line with
latest technology advancemant 6 comprising,
experienced coded welders of SMAW with
different grades of material in duding ferrous
& non ferrous, stainless steels and dad sleels.
The electrodes, selection, holding, backing and
issue are dully controlled at every stage.
Quality assurance control
Factory has full fledged quality assurance and
control deparment and is accredited with ASME.
National board, ISO and API requirements. Our
factory is pre – quilted with most at the oil
field clints and recognized by various thirt
party certification/inspection agencies.
Heavy and medium plates
In
all common grads, such as genera structure
steel, age resistant steel, quenched and
tempered steel for boilers according to DIN and
international specifications.
Steel grades
According to DIN 17 172 and international
specifications, e.g

and ASTM.
Shipbuilding plate

standards and high-strenght grades according to
ABS, BV, GL, LR, NC and RINA specifications.
